Meet Our Managers


Robin Oakes
, CMCA, AMS, founded HOAM, Inc. in June of 2007 after 20 years of property management experience. Her career in Real Estate began in 1987 at Steven D. Bell and Company where she worked in the Condominium Division until the Division was sold in 2002. She then served a dual role as Office Manager and Property Manager in a large association management firm in Greensboro. She holds designations as an Association Management Specialist and as a Certified Manager of Community Associations through the Community Associations Institute. Robin is a member of Pleasant Garden Baptist Church and enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two children.
 

 

 
Stephanie Turkett
, CMCA, AMS, 
began her career in Real Estate Management in 1989 as a high school intern with Steven D. Bell & Company. She has since managed apartment, condominium, townhome, single-family, and developer-controlled communities. Stephanie attended Appalachian State University and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she concentrated studies in Political Science. She holds designations as an Association Management Specialist and as a Certified Manager of Community Associations through the Community Associations Institute.  

 



Tom Bailey joins the HOAM team with over 20 years experience in construction and property management. His education includes a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in real estate and investments. This background provides a keen understanding of the issues most homeowners encounter and the experience to assist them with their concerns.

 






Tracy Moore  has a resume that includes over 13 years of experience in multi-site multifamily management and training. She has held the Certified Apartment Manager designation through the National Apartment Association. Tracy is actively involved in her church and enjoys spending free time with her family.
